Our system automatically sends out renewal notices 15 and 7 days prior to the domain expiration date to the email address indicated in the settings of your account and to the domain's Registrant email address listed in Whois.

Please make sure that if you have any spam filters, they are set to accept our emails. A renewal notification can be found in the Unread Messages section of your account as well.

NOTE: It is not possible to disable the upcoming domain renewal notifications. Sending domain renewal notices is one of the ICANN's requirements for all the Accredited Registrar companies.
