RDAP - NameMart Support Guide


  1. Any party may submit a disclosure request, and each request will be reviewed on its merits regardless of the requester's affiliation.
  2. All requests must include the domain name(s), the requester's full legal name and organization if applicable along with a valid email address, the purpose of the request and the legitimate interest or legal rights relied upon, a list of the specific data elements being requested, the legal rights basis and specific rationale for the request, a Power of Attorney statement if applicable, an affirmation that the request is made in good faith, and an affirmation that the requester will lawfully process any data received.

RDAP Disclosure Request Form

  1. We will send an acknowledgment of receipt within 2 business days, a substantive response within 30 calendar days, and for urgent requests as defined in Section 3.8 of the Registration Data Policy, a response within 24 hours. All communications will be sent to the email address from which the request was submitted.
  2. We reserve the right to deny abusive, repetitive, or incomplete requests.
